Addison & Lee Cayman Villa is a newly renovated, over 4,600 square-foot villa, in a quiet residential community close to all amenities. This gorgeous 7 bedroom home offers luxury and convenience during your stay on Grand Cayman. The Villa is located steps away from the white sandy beaches of Seven Mile Beach and a 10 minute walk to the town of Camana Bay where you will find the finest restaurants, shops, a cinema, unique island attractions such as the Observation Tower or just have a stroll through the beautifully landscaped town. There are shops, hotel and restaurants across the street from the villa and downtown George Town is just a 15 minute walk away. The villa has central air conditioning and is fully furnished with 6 bedrooms, a large living room, breakfast room, screened-in-porch, and lovely deck and pool. Each room is named after a beautiful flower and is secured by a smart keyless lock. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and bright with lots of natural light. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, large closet, TV and mini-fridge. Free WiFi is available so you can stay connected. A continental breakfast is included with each package (see rate sheet) and complete housekeeping services are provided. Rooms can be rented individually or Guest can rent the entire villa. The rooms are: 1. Orchid ( King Suite Delux )- Master suite with King size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, sitting area, TV, mini fridge and a balcony with view of the front garden. Maximum 2 adults. 2. Marigold (Queen Suite Delux+Kitchen)– Newly renovated with a Queen size bed, full size en-suite bathroom, sitting area with sofa, big screen TV and kitchenette. Door opens to pool and deck area. Maximum 2 adults. 3. Iris (Queen Suite Delux) – Newly renovated room with a Queen size bed, full size en-suite bathroom, sitting area with sofa, TV and mini fridge. French doors open to pool and deck area. Maximum 2 adults. 4 Hibiscus (Queen Room+Bath)- Queen size bed, spacious closet, TV, mini fridge and full-size own bathroom. Maximum 2 adults 5. Bluebell (Queen Room + Bath) - Queen size bed, spacious closet, TV, mini-fridge, full-size own bathroom. Maximum 2 adults. 6. Daffodil (Queen Suite ) - Queen size bed, full-size en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area, TV, mini-fridge. Maximum 2 adults. Entire House (sleeps up to 16 people) – 6 large bedrooms, (1 King-size bed and 5 Queen size beds), 6 bathrooms, 4 en-suite and two just beside the bed room, large living area, breakfast room, use of the large, fully equipped kitchen, screened-in porch, deck, pool and a garden with nice grass lawn, Mango, Avocado and Lime trees.
